2024 SOUTH AFRICAN DRESSAGE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Luzaan Slabbert, after having ridden her first ever Medium Tour Dressage test in March 2024, brought home the SA Reserve Medium Tour Champion title at this years South African Dressage Championships at Kyalami Park.

Luzaan, as an active committee member, has played an integral part in establishing the Plett Bubbly Series at Robberg Equestrian Park, encouraging riders of all levels to enjoy the more techinal side of the equestrian world.

2024 SOUTH AFRICAN
YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIPS

“The 2024 Westown SA Youth Champs was a resounding success, with South Africa’s top young riders coming together at the Shongweni Club to compete in showjumping, dressage, showing, equitation and eventing.” – Westown Shongweni

Luzaan, as an active committee member, has played an integral part in establishing the Plett Bubbly Series at Robberg Equestrian Park, encouraging riders of all levels to enjoy the more techinal side of the equestrian world.

Over 300 riders between the ages of 6 & 18 years old competed at the 5-day event in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Two of the competitors were Garden Route locals, and Robberg Equestrian Club members; Amber Massyn and Skye Kingston.


Amber took home the SA Junior 1.20m Champion title along with a Gold medal, while Skye had her hands full achieving 3rd Place in the SA Pony Riders 1.10m Championships, Victor Ludorum and Most Stylish Rider.
